How do engagements start?

We document the target, users, constraints, integrations, and success criteria. Before work starts, you receive a scope with milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria.

Do you build custom software as well?

Yes. We build web applications, mobile applications, internal tools, and backend systems, with tests, deployment setup, and handover documentation included in the agreed scope.

How do you approach high-load systems?

We define target concurrency, latency, availability, and recovery time before choosing an architecture. We then verify the design with load tests, monitoring, and failure scenarios.

Can you work with an existing team?

Yes. We agree on repository access, responsibilities, review rules, and meeting cadence, then work inside your existing engineering process or own a defined workstream.

What happens after launch?
